National University of Water and Environmental Engineering Universities of Ukraine National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (NUWEE) conducts its educational and scientific activity according to the license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine AE № 636444 from 04.06.2015. Status: state higher educational institution, Accreditation level: 4 (Certificate № 1872948 from 15.12.2014). NUWEE is the largest technical University in Rivne region and the leading HEE of Ukraine.
